Senator AUR Titi Stoica requested the Commission for the Investigation of Abuses, the Fight Against Corruption, and Petitions in the Romanian Senate to hear Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan, accusing the Government of abuse of power.

AUR Senator Titi Stoica initiated the procedure for hearing Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan, requesting the Commission for the Investigation of Abuses to take action on its own. Stoica criticized the Government for assuming responsibility for five draft laws, considering that this turns Parliament into an annex of the executive. If an abuse of power is found, Stoica mentioned that a criminal complaint will follow. The Commission is led by Nicolae Vlahu (AUR) and includes members from various parties.
