The foreign ministers of Romania, Ukraine, and the Republic of Moldova met at the Munich Security Conference in the trilateral format Odesa Triangle and adopted a joint declaration to strengthen resilience in strategic areas such as energy security, cybersecurity, and land connectivity.
During the meeting, officials announced the initiation of the "Cyber Triple Alliance," a trilateral agreement aimed at enhancing cooperation in combating cyber threats, and discussed expanding regional connectivity to address the challenges posed by the security context in the region.
The declaration also reaffirms the strategic role of cooperation among the three states in supporting the European integration of Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova and in attracting European funding for infrastructure projects.
