The State Secretary of the Ministry of Environment, Grigore Stratulat, announced plans to implement the RMS in the Republic of Moldova in the form of a 'deposit system'. He emphasized the importance of such a functional system, which can change mentality, culture and social attitudes. The implementation of the RMS would be carried out by producers, importers and traders in the form of a public association.
