Rareș Bogdan sent a warning to European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen on the proposal to combine agriculture and cohesion funds. He says the European Parliament must be respected and farmers must not be affected by these changes. While he welcomed some of the budget proposals, he stressed that dissatisfaction with the Commission's direction could grow, warning that the EU's food security is at stake.
