Raluca Turcan, former Minister of Culture, has made accusations against the current minister, Andras Demeter, regarding a possible conflict of interest. Turcan claims that Demeter has initiated a process of reorganization of the institutions under the ministry, starting with an institution where he wanted to become a manager, but failed to pass the management competition.

She warns that this approach could lead to a "feudalization" of the Ministry of Culture, calling into question the motives behind the reorganization. Turcan mentions that the first reorganization proposal concerns the "Ion Dacian" Operetta Theater, where Demeter has an ongoing lawsuit with the ministry. The former minister emphasizes the need to protect the institution from suspicions related to conflicts of interest.
