PSD could submit a motion of no confidence against Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan, in the event that the reform of judges' pensions is rejected by the Constitutional Court, announced the party's vice president, Lia Olguța Vasilescu.

Lia Olguța Vasilescu, the PSD representative, announced that the party is ready to initiate a motion of censure if the magistrates' law is not adopted in Parliament by the established deadline. Vasilescu emphasized that the responsibility for the legislative blockage lies with Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan, who allegedly insisted on some amendments that led to the delay of the process. The PSD believes that the adoption of this law is essential for the functioning of justice and warns that the lack of action will have political consequences.
