Dragoș Pîslaru, Minister of European Funds, has announced that some segments of the Moldova and Unirii Highways have lost funding from the PNRR due to delays in procurement. PSD leaders, such as Marius Budăi and Gheorghe Șoldan, accused him of misinformation, emphasizing that the works are continuing and that no funds were lost. The Ministry of Transport confirmed that no money already spent will be returned, but that the remaining projects in the PNRR will be fully financed by European funds.
