Deputy Victor Ponta stated on Tuesday that the designated Prime Minister Eugen Tomac should have come to discussions with the parties accompanied by two or three proposed ministers, emphasizing that they are very good people. Ponta attended the meeting of the Prime Minister with the parliamentary group United for Romania, to which he has affiliated. He mentioned that the presence of the ministers would have been beneficial, especially considering the names circulated for key positions.
Ponta joked about the appointment of Dulceață to the Ministry of Environment, considering that a more positive approach is needed. He also expressed concerns regarding the nomination of Papahagi to the Ministry of Culture, believing that it could create more problems than solutions. Ponta emphasized the importance of the Minister of Finance, stating that a good minister can restart the economy and facilitate the implementation of essential laws.
