The leader of the PNL senators, Daniel Fenechiu, stated that the party will vote for reducing the number of parliamentarians to 300, in accordance with an electoral promise. This initiative respects the rights of minorities, being a continuation of the vote from the referendum 15 years ago. Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan emphasized the importance of a solid constitutional project, free of legal flaws. The project is currently being analyzed by the specialized committees in the Senate.
