The National Liberal Party (PNL) is preparing to exclude 20 members, including Cătălin Predoiu, Alina Gorghiu, and Rareș Bogdan, for supporting the designated Prime Minister Adrian Veștea, according to sources cited by HotNews.ro and Digi24.
The decision will be made by the new leadership of PNL, recently elected at the Extraordinary Congress.
The blacklist includes names such as Alina Gorghiu, Lucian Bode, and Hubert Thuma. Three liberals escaped exclusion after leaving the Parliament plenary during the vote for the Veștea Government.
This situation arose after Ilie Bolojan consolidated his power in PNL, and five liberals received an ultimatum to resign.
We remind that Alina Gorghiu and Lucian Bode announced that they will not resign and will contest the exclusion.
