Nicușor Dan said he will appoint a judge to Romania's Constitutional Court in about a week, wanting to discuss his interference with the judiciary after he has taken concrete actions. He noted that although the appointment of judges to the High Court is the prerogative of the Superior Council of Magistracy, he will act in accordance with his presidential duties.
