President Nicușor Dan commented on the criminal complaint filed by the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) against Deputy Prime Minister Oana Gheorghiu, stating that her statement was unfortunate, but the CSM's reaction was exaggerated. Nicușor Dan emphasized that an opinion cannot constitute a criminal act and declared that if there is a request for approval of criminal prosecution, he will not sign it. Additionally, he stated that Oana Gheorghiu should remain in office, considering that mistakes are normal.
