President-elect Nicușor Dan emphasized that possible changes in the deployment of American troops in South-Eastern Europe are not Romania's exclusive decisions, but reflect an orientation of American policy towards Asia. He noted that Europe, together with Romania, must negotiate with the US on these issues. He also discussed the Visa Waiver program, noting that it is a technical issue that will be addressed in the near future.
