PSD, PNL, USR and UDMR leaders, in discussions with President Nicușor Dan on the topic of the Salary Law / Romania loses 770 million euros if it does not adopt the law

According to the Presidential Administration, tomorrow, at 4:00 PM, President Nicușor Dan will meet with the President of the Social Democratic Party, Sorin Grindeanu, the President of the National Liberal Party, Ilie Bolojan, the President of the Save Romania Union, Dominic Fritz, and the President of the Democratic Union of Hungarians in Romania, Kelemen Hunor.

The interim Minister of Labor, Dragoș Pîslaru, stated on Monday that this week is the last week in which a political agreement can be reached on this reform, so that it can be adopted and promulgated before August 31, the deadline for the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).

"The last chance for the unified salary law. Today we are entering the final stretch to meet a critical milestone on the PNRR, related to the salary law, the fulfillment of which would unlock 770 million euros for investments. This is most likely the last week in which a political agreement can be reached on this reform, so that it can be adopted and promulgated before August 31, the deadline for the PNRR," Pîslaru wrote on his Facebook account.
