President Nicușor Dan signed a decree on Friday appointing Martina Orlea as a state advisor, who is set to begin her term on Monday. Orlea was involved in the 'Towards the City Hall' project, a program aimed at preparing and supporting new candidates for city halls and local councils for the 2028 elections. With over six years of experience in political campaigns, Orlea specializes in digital communication and storytelling. She has worked on political campaigns across three continents, including for UK Labour, the Democratic Party in the USA, and PAS in Moldova. Additionally, she led Nicușor Dan's digital and volunteer strategy in the 2025 presidential campaign.
