Ludovic Orban, former presidential advisor and Prime Minister of PNL, stated on Digi24 that the option of a technocratic government is non-existent and harshly criticized President Nicușor Dan, considering him responsible for the current political crisis.
Orban emphasized that the president has two proposals on the table for the position of prime minister: Siegfried Mureșan, supported by PNL, USR, and UDMR, and Sorin Grindeanu, proposed by PSD. He called for a swift designation, emphasizing that no one else can do this.
The former prime minister mentioned that Nicușor Dan acted contrary to the expectations of the voters and accused the president of being one of the main culprits for the political crisis, stating that PSD would not have submitted the motion of censure without his support.
