Ludovic Orban is present at the PNL Congress. Discussions about a possible return to the party

Ludovic Orban, the leader of the Forța Dreptei, attended the extraordinary Congress of PNL, where he was invited by the party's president. Orban mentioned that, after five years, he is glad to be at a PNL congress again, emphasizing that he remains a liberal dedicated to liberalism and the destiny of PNL.

Asked about a possible return to the party, Orban stated that he will hold negotiations in this regard, mentioning that he has already discussed with Ilie Bolojan, who showed openness for collaboration. The former prime minister emphasized that the new line and political strategy of PNL represents him as well and that he is willing to contribute to a serious construction of the party. Orban was president of PNL from 2017 to 2020, and in 2021 he founded the Forța Dreptei party after the split from PNL.
