Former Prime Minister Ludovic Orban, leader of Forța Dreptei, said that the idea of rotating government is unacceptable and criticized PSD for failing to take responsibility. Orban stressed that PSD risks disappearing in opposition, given the competition with AUR. He said that voters want a government free of corruption and political clientelism, not a repetition of past mistakes. Orban suggested that, in the absence of an agreement with PSD, a minority government or early elections could be the option.
