Kelemen Hunor, the president of UDMR, stated on Tuesday, in the evening news program Jurnalul de Seară on Digi24, that there is currently no solution for forming a Government that can last until the elections in 2028. After the failed negotiations at Cotroceni, he urged the parliamentarians who dismissed Ilie Bolojan to form a majority. Hunor emphasized that it was to be expected that the first round of consultations with President Nicușor Dan would not lead to results, considering the divergences between the parties. He highlighted that there is no clear solution for a government program and suggested that parliamentarians should collaborate to form a majority. Additionally, Hunor mentioned that the new Government should be invested by the end of June to avoid financial losses from PNRR, stressing the importance of adopting the necessary laws.
