Kelemen Hunor, the president of UDMR, stated that the governmental rotation in 2027 could pose a problem, as there is a risk of an administrative blockage. He emphasized that the future government depends on the support of PNL for Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan. Hunor criticized the rotation from 2023, stating that it was not beneficial for citizens, generating ambiguities and a lack of authority in the central administration. He mentioned that a new prime minister must come with a clear program before Parliament. Regarding the budget, Hunor highlighted the need to secure funds for investments but warned about the burden of interest rates, which could affect Romania's budget. He also specified that he did not participate in discussions regarding appointments at the head of the secret services.
