He criticized the current inequalities, mentioning that Romanians do not accept that some magistrates retire at very young ages with exorbitant pensions. Grindeanu proposed the rapid establishment of a working group made up of members of PSD, PNL, USR, and representatives of the judiciary to draft a bill. He expressed concern about the lack of dialogue between the government and the courts, emphasizing that an effective approach is essential to avoid a new legislative failure. Grindeanu insisted that it is crucial for politicians to collaborate to create fair and equitable laws, avoiding a mere competition of image.
