Sorin Grindeanu stated that PNL must give up the resolutions that prohibit the coalition with PSD in order to negotiate a 'truce' government.

The leader of PSD, Sorin Grindeanu, stated that PNL must annul the resolutions through which it decided not to collaborate with PSD in order to discuss a possible truce government. Grindeanu emphasized that PSD has acted transparently and has not changed its mind, in contrast to PNL, which has adopted several resolutions against collaboration.

He mentioned that PSD has no resolutions against Ilie Bolojan, but criticized PNL for its frequent changes of position. Grindeanu listed several occasions when PNL changed its decisions, including regarding majorities and the formation of the government.

“I would like to have an action of good faith that I am not lying again. We have done everything transparently (...) and we have not changed our minds from one day to the next. At this moment, there are about 4 resolutions at PNL that they do not make with PSD. A first step would be not to invent anything else, they should make a resolution that we have surpassed that issue and we sit at the table to discuss. Until then, what should I believe?” said Sorin Grindeanu.
