The president of AUR, George Simion, announced on Monday that if this government is voted on tonight, it will not receive the support of AUR parliamentarians. He specified that he is waiting for the designated prime minister Adrian Veștea at the party headquarters until 8:00 PM. Additionally, he asked President Nicușor Dan to come out publicly and state whether AUR is still an extremist party.
"If this government is voted on tonight, it will not benefit from the support of AUR parliamentarians. There is no point in some people deluding themselves. We are waiting for Mr. Adrian Veștea at the party headquarters, we are waiting for Mr. Nicușor Dan to tell the public whether the votes that are so needed, the votes of AUR, are good or not, to say it publicly, to also say it in a meeting we will have, whether AUR parliamentarians are still extremists," stated George Simion in Parliament.
