French MEP Andy Kerbrat, elected on the list of the radical left-wing party 'La France insoumise', has admitted that he was caught red-handed in the act of purchasing narcotics, having been found in possession of 1.35 grams of 3-MMC. He announced that he will follow a 'care protocol' to treat his addiction and resume his parliamentary work.
