Diana Șoșoacă is accused of 11 offenses, including deprivation of liberty and promoting legionary ideas, following her participation in a ceremony dedicated to Corneliu Zelea Codreanu. Prosecutors warned her that if she does not appear, she could be brought in by warrant to the General Prosecutor's Office. Șoșoacă refused to appear, citing work reasons and requested to set another date for the hearing. The investigation was initiated by the Ilfov Police for propaganda of a fascist nature.
