Nicușor Dan, the President of Romania, will participate on Tuesday in the EU Eastern Flank Summit, held in Finland. On the morning of the same day, he will visit the VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland, located in the city of Espoo. At the summit, the first working session will address the topic "EU Support for Eastern Flank Countries," followed by a working lunch on the topic "The Security Environment of the Eastern Flank" and a discussion on "Securing the Eastern Flank - A Way Forward." At the end of the event, Nicușor Dan will hold a joint press conference with other European leaders. On Tuesday evening, the president will begin his visit to the United Kingdom, where he will meet representatives of the Romanian community at the Romanian embassy. His visit to Finland began on Monday, with meetings with representatives of companies in the defense and aerospace sectors.
