Cseke Attila, the Minister of Development, clarified the use of drones for identifying illegal constructions, similar to methods used in other countries. These drones will allow local authorities to measure and document unauthorized constructions, thus facilitating their taxation. At the same time, amendments to the Urbanism Code are proposed, which will eliminate the need for building permits for small structures, such as garages or pergolas, thus simplifying the legislation in the field.
