Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan warned about abuses and poor results in employment programs, especially in the context of subsidies granted to employers who hire individuals with integration difficulties in the labor market.

For example, in 2025, over 13,200 individuals were subsidized, mostly in security firms, which raises questions. Bolojan emphasized that the same individuals are successively employed at different companies, and the subsidies are accessed repeatedly, without real long-term integration. The Prime Minister called on the Ministry of Labor to find solutions to correct these practices and ensure real support for those who contribute to the real economy.
