BEC Bucharest requested the removal of the video filmed at Cotroceni, in which the USR candidate for the Mayor's Office Cătălin Drulă and the president Nicuşor Dan appear.

The electoral office of the constituency in Bucharest (BEM) decided on Thursday to remove the video from Facebook featuring the USR candidate for the Capital City Hall, Cătălin Drulă, President Nicușor Dan, and Vlad Voiculescu, as it is "a material with illegal content" from the perspective of the legislation regarding electoral campaigns and the constitutional provisions related to the role of the president and the incompatibilities of the position.

President Nicuşor Dan stated on Wednesday about that video clip that he was at a reception and acknowledged that it is in the public space, indicating that it is a material that was filmed in a public space and they are allowed to use it.
