In a press conference, the leader of AUR, Simion, called on the citizens of Bucharest and Buzău County to participate in the vote, emphasizing that turnout is very low. He stressed that no form of contestation can replace the expressed vote. Simion criticized the exit polls, calling them attempts at manipulation, and urged voters not to give them credibility, mentioning that many people do not respond to these surveys.

He also accused certain media institutions of favoritism towards certain candidates, continuing to campaign despite the prohibitions. Additionally, the leader of AUR pointed out issues of fairness in the electoral process in Buzău, mentioning the influence of mayors on voters in the polling stations.
