AUR spokesman Dan Tănasă criticized the decision of the Constitutional Court to reject the 'Austerity Law', considering it an abuse of power that condemns Romanians to poverty. AUR argues that the law is toxic and unconstitutional, accusing the government of lack of transparency. Tănasă said that the CCR has abandoned its role as guarantor of democracy, protecting political interests, and pledged that AUR will continue the fight for justice and dignity.
