A coach carrying 55 Ukrainian citizens overturned, but most of the passengers did not need medical attention.

Following the accident, four people were medically monitored at the scene but refused transportation to hospital. ISU Constanța intervened promptly, mobilizing first-aid crews, fire engines and SMURD crews to ensure passenger safety and manage the situation.
