A bus carrying tourists overturned in New York, killing five people and injuring dozens. The victims were mostly from India, China and the Philippines.

A serious accident occurred on a highway in western New York, where a tour bus with tourists overturned, resulting in five deaths and dozens of injuries. The group was returning from Niagara Falls and most of the victims were from India, China and the Philippines. Authorities have ruled out mechanical failure and drunkenness on the part of the driver as causes of the crash, and the investigation is ongoing. Ambulances and medical helicopters responded quickly and the victims were transported to local hospitals.
