The project, which will be discussed in CSAT, aims to expand the military reserve, considering the aging of the current reserve. Participants will benefit from military training, accommodation, and allowances, and at the end, they can choose to become professional soldiers. The Ministry of National Defense emphasized that mandatory military service is not being reintroduced, but rather an alternative form of training is desired.
