A 14-year-old girl was seriously injured in Odobești after her scooter hit a pedestrian.

The accident occurred when the electric scooter, driven by a 14-year-old boy, became unbalanced while trying to avoid a pedestrian. The female passenger suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital in a comatose state, while another pedestrian had minor injuries. The police have opened a criminal file for unintentional personal injury and are continuing investigations to establish the circumstances of the accident.
