A serious incident occurred in the locality of 1 Decembrie, Ilfov County, where a 13-year-old boy stabbed a 41-year-old man after the latter chased him away while he was trick-or-treating for Halloween.

The police were alerted on October 31, around 8:07 PM, through a call to 112, and quickly arrived at the scene, confirming the aggression. The man was transported to the hospital in serious condition, where he received medical care. The minor suspected of committing the act has been detained by the police, and investigations continue under the supervision of a prosecutor from the Prosecutor's Office next to the Cornetu Court, with a criminal case opened for assault or other violence.
