Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu has announced that the price cap on MTPL policies will be extended for another three months, until June 30, 2025, following a proposal by the Financial Supervisory Authority. This measure, which continues the December 2024 decision, aims to prevent market imbalances and possible price increases, ensuring stability in the Romanian motor insurance sector.
