The Bucharest Military Court has decided that the military officer who piloted the overcrowded boat in the Musura Bay should be placed under judicial control, banning him from driving boats. He is charged with manslaughter and violating navigation rules by having 14 people on board, although the maximum capacity was 12, and sailing in stormy conditions. The tragedy left four people dead, including a 3-year-old child.
