A study conducted by Imobiliare.ro shows a significant increase in the prices of new apartments in Bucharest, with increases of up to 80%-90% in the last five years.

Even in the cheapest neighborhood, prices have risen significantly, with some areas asking more than €3,000 per square meter. However, Bucharest remains one of Europe's most affordable capitals, thanks to wage increases in recent years.
