According to a real estate report, landlords in Bucharest find buyers for apartments quickly, with the average selling time being 47 days. In contrast, people in Cluj wait about two months. Flexibility in negotiating prices is higher in Cluj, while Timisoara residents are more rigid. In Brașov, Iași and Constanța, apartments sell in about two months, with a 12% to 16% price increase in the last year.
