A 55-year-old man was detained after he threatened a young woman and caused a scandal in a store in Craiova.

The incident took place on September 3, when the man entered a store to buy alcoholic beverages and got into a conflict with the manager, threatening her and resorting to indecent gestures. The young woman's father alerted the police, and the man was detained for 24 hours for threats, outrage against public decency, and disturbing public order. The victim was informed about the possibility of requesting a protection order.
