On Wednesday, the Bucharest Court of Appeal heard four lawsuits related to the conflict between USR and Elena Lasconi. USR is challenging the BEC's decision banning its support for Nicușor Dan, while Lasconi is challenging the withdrawal of his support. Ionuț Moșteanu is also challenging the BEC's ban on campaign messages. The ruling was postponed for Thursday, and Lasconi appeared in court claiming to be the only legal representative of USR, which caused confusion in court.
