The Sector 1 Court has decided to maintain judicial control in the case of Călin Georgescu.

Călin Georgescu, former presidential candidate, continues to be under judicial control, accused of six offenses, including incitement to actions against the constitutional order. The court decided to maintain this measure, rejecting the request to revoke the judicial control. Georgescu contests this decision, considering it an abuse. He is accused of promoting legionary ideology and planning to destabilize Romania, having strict prohibitions during the judicial control, including restrictions regarding his online activity.
