Forecasts point to an increase in car sales in Romania in 2024, both for passenger cars (by 1.7%) and light commercial vehicles (by 0.6%). Although passenger car sales fell in the first quarter, car production is on a positive trend. Electric vehicle production in the countries surveyed in Central Europe continues to grow.
