Cardinal Lucian Mureșan, Major Archbishop of the Romanian Greek-Catholic Church, passed away at the age of 94, and his funeral will take place on Monday in Blaj. The ceremony will begin with a procession from the Major Archiepiscopal Curia, followed by a liturgy in the 'Holy Trinity' Cathedral, which will be attended by officials and religious leaders. The Blaj Local Council has declared Monday a day of local mourning.
