After the limited launch this summer, aimed at users willing to pay hundreds of dollars a month, the AI browser Comet from Perplexity is now officially open to everyone - except that access still comes with a price tag. Comet, presented as a serious rival to Google Chrome, places artificial intelligence at the center of the browsing experience. The company promises an experience where the AI virtual assistant browses the internet alongside you, rather than being just an additional functionality.
