According to a study conducted by the French financial technology company Qonto, 46% of European SMEs currently use artificial intelligence tools, such as ChatGPT, on a regular basis. The result, warns Qonto, is an increasing digital gap that could undermine the long-term competitiveness of the economic backbone of Europe.
