NASA has confirmed that a member of the Crew-11 team is facing health issues but is in stable condition. No further details have been provided for confidentiality reasons, according to agency statements. Dr. James Polk, NASA's chief medical officer, mentioned that the astronaut will be better evaluated on the ground, although the crew aboard the International Space Station has adequate medical equipment, it is not as comprehensive as that found in an emergency department.

The returning crew includes American and international astronauts, and the mission was scheduled to conclude next month. After the crew's return, only one NASA astronaut, Chris Williams, will remain on the space station, who is prepared to manage tasks until the arrival of the next group of astronauts.
