More than 700 companies have shown interest in joining the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Pact, a preparatory initiative designed to help businesses prepare for the upcoming AI Act.

The number of companies interested in joining the AI Pact has increased to over 700, up from 550 since the initial call in November. The AI Pact is designed to allow companies to prepare in advance for the AI Act through a series of voluntary commitments and collaborative workshops organized by the EU executive's AI Office.
