Min-Liang Tan, the co-founder of Razer, stated that artificial intelligence (AI) will radically transform the video game industry, which has 3.6 billion players worldwide and generates nearly 189 billion dollars in annual revenue. Tan explained that AI will influence all stages of the game development process, from creation by developers, promotion by publishers, to the way players interact with games. Razer is working on Game Co-AI, a system that analyzes users' play styles and offers personalized suggestions. Additionally, AI QA Companion will automate game testing, reducing costs and time required. Tan emphasized that AI will be able to act as a digital coach for professional players in esports, but it will not replace human creativity, which remains essential. Although not all industry leaders agree with Tan's vision, he believes that AI will lead to the creation of successful games, allowing small teams to compete with large studios.
